As crystals are intuitively hand picked just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Every endeavour will be met to securely wrap your precious cargo. No two crystals are the same, thanks to Mother Nature. Your crystal may look slightly different to what is pictured but none the less, it is a beautiful crystal purely for your enjoyment.
